About the app
NEXO is the EV charge point management platform of Etiris d.o.o. Drivers use the NEXO apps and web checkout, including versions branded for a charging operator, to find chargers, start and pay for charging sessions and receive receipts and invoices.
In the NEXO driver apps, Google and Apple sign-in runs in the app: the app sends the ID token it receives from Google or Apple to our API at api.cpms.app, which verifies it and signs you in to your account in our identity service at login.cpms.app. Signing in with Google or Apple is optional; you can also sign in with an email address.
What we request
- Sign in with Google: only the basic OpenID Connect scopes
openid,emailandprofile. We request no sensitive or restricted scopes and have no access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google data. - Sign in with Apple: confirmation of your identity, your email address and your name, if you choose to share it.

How we use it
- To create your customer account and recognise it when you sign in again, on any device.
- Your email address identifies the account; receipts and invoices for your charging sessions are sent to it.
- Your name pre-fills your profile, and you can change it in the app.
What we don’t do
Data received from Google or Apple is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared beyond the service providers listed under Recipients in our Privacy Policy. It is not used to train AI models.
Google API Services User Data Policy
NEXO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deleting your account
- Google: remove NEXO, or your operator’s app, at https://myaccount.google.com/connections.
- Apple: in your Apple Account settings; on iPhone, Settings › your name › Sign-In & Security › Sign in with Apple.
- Delete your account: write to support@etiris.ai. When the account is deleted, your sign-in is removed and the profile is deactivated. To have the remaining profile data erased as well, including what was received from Google or Apple, say so in the same email; records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, are retained.
